Officers responded to a report of a report of an argument. Responding officers investigated the situation and determined that the argument was due to a disagreement over custody. A computer check on the involved parties and their vehicles revealed that the license plate on the vehicle did not match the vehicle itself. The driver stated that he had placed the license plate on to the vehicle because he had not yet registered that vehicle. After further investigation, the driver was cited.
