The victim came to Taraval station to report an incident of battery. The victim stated that during a dance rehearsal at the YMCA, she had accidentally bumped into the suspect. The suspect responded angrily and squeezed the victim’s bicep with unnecessary force while claiming that the victim had bumped into her on purpose. The victim and suspect finished the class without further incident.
