Robbery with Force

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he had finished having drinks at the bar and had exited the building when three suspects suddenly appeared and punched him before stealing his backpack. The victim stated that he was knocked unconscious from the incident. A witness reported that the victim was harassing a group of people earlier at the bar before leaving. The victim then returned to the bar and stating that the group had robbed him.

Two incidents of domestic violence; no arrests made.
Two incidents of restraining order violations; both suspects in each incident were arrested.
