State Misdemeanor Violation – Cited

00 Cambon Dr
Officers responded to a restaurant regarding a person who was holding a gun. Responding officers from the TNT department located the suspect and observed that he was holding on to a shotgun. The officers ordered the suspect to put down the shotgun, to which the suspect complied to without incident while spontaneously stating that the his friends had located the shotgun in a trash can and he was only looking at it. A computer check on the gun revealed that it had been stolen from Chicago. After further investigation, the shotgun was taken and booked into evidence and the suspect cited.

Battery

2400 Pacheco St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The witness reported that he was riding his bicycle when he observed the suspect kicking an elderly lady. A second witness reported that the victim, his grandmother, was sitting outside the house when he observed that the suspect yelling at his grandmother. The second witness stated that the suspect fled the area as soon as he went outside to investigate the situation.

One incident of a restraining order violation; the suspect was arrested.
