Possession of Stolen Property – Theft – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect stealing packages. Responding officers located the suspect and questioned him about the package he was holding. The suspect stated that he had picked up the package but was unable to name the person it was addressed to. A witness reported that the suspect was observed walking up and down the street and was heading towards a gate before the witness lost sight of the suspect. The suspect was then seen again with a package in his hand. A search of the suspect revealed additional items with the names of multiple victims on them. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
