Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without a license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. A computer check also revealed that the vehicle had been previously issued a license plate but that the registration had expired. The driver was cited.
