Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was at her cousin’s house party when she the suspect suddenly pulled on her hair while she was walking up the stairs. The suspect then asked the victim if she was drunk yet. The victim stated that she wanted to press charges against the suspect. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
