Driving While Intoxicated – Arrested

18th Ave & Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle colliding into two parked vehicles. Responding officers located the driver and made contact with him. The driver, who smelled of alcoholic beverages, admitted that he had been in a bar earlier and that he had been heading home before the collision occurred. After further investigation and a failed Field Sobriety Test, the driver was arrested.  

Driving While Intoxicated – Arrested

19th Ave & Moraga St
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle in a collision with another vehicle. Responding officers located the driver and made contact with him. The driver, who smelled of alcoholic beverages, failed Field Sobriety Test. After further testing,  the driver was arrested.  

Attempted Robbery – Arrested

Vicente St & 30th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that the suspect had suddenly grabbed at one of her bags while she was sitting at a corner and waiting for a bus to arrive. The victim stated that she had successfully wrestled with the suspect to retain her bag before detaining the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

3900 Alemany Blvd
Officers responded to a report of a person inside the gym who was making a scene. Officers arrived and a computer check on the subject revealed a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.

Battery
4:27 pm
3100 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he had walked into a restaurant and walked in front of the suspect before excusing himself. The victim believes that he may have accidentally cut in from of the suspect in line. The suspect immediately began to curse at the victim and slapped the victim on his face. The victim left the restaurant but the suspect followed him and continued to yell at him before the suspect left the area.   

Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

1400 Sloat Blvd
Officers responded to a request for a well-being check. Responding officers arrived at the location and observed that a vehicle had been stopped on top of a sidewalk. A computer check on the driver revealed that the driver did not have a driver’s license. A witness stated that the driver had approached the intersection and then had driven around in circles until she ended up driving on the sidewalk. The driver was cited.

Two incidents of domestic violence; the suspect was arrested.
