Traffic Collision – Hit & Run – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a traffic collision in which the driver immediately fled the scene. A witness reported that he had observed the collision and chased after the driver who had attempted to run away. The witness convinced the driver to return to the vehicle. Responding officers conducted a computer check which revealed that the driver did not have proof of insurance and that his license had also been suspended. The driver was cited.
