Assault – Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a victim who was stabbed that was currently in a hospital. The witness reported that his friend, the victim, had rung his doorbell and stated that he had been robbed and stabbed. The victim stated that he had agreed to sell marijuana to a cannabis club for a friend and brought over nine pounds of marijuana to a prearranged location. When he arrived, three suspects exited their vehicle and entered his vehicle. After talking a few moments, one of the suspects stabbed the victim and stole the victim’s property before fleeing the area.

Officers responded to a report of a fight. San Francisco State Police arrived on scene and located the suspect, who was acting erratically and screaming. The witness reported that the suspect was no longer welcomed in the store after an argument. A computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
