Vandalism to Vehicle – Cited

19th Ave & Holloway
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle break in. The witness reported that the suspect was observed breaking into a vehicle. The witness, who was driving, made a U-turn to return to the scene and observed the suspect get into another vehicle. San Francisco State Police located the suspect and detained him. However, after further investigation, it was determined that the witness only observed the suspect damaging the vehicle’s window and did not see the suspect enter the vehicle itself. The suspect was cited for vandalism.

Officers responded to a report of a person yelling at customers while throwing around chairs. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check on the suspect revealed that he had an arrest warrant out of Marin County. The suspect was arrested.
