Assault

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim, a driver for Uber, told the officers that he had picked up the suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated, on Taraval and 20th Ave. Throughout the ride, the suspect asked the victim personal questions which the victim refused to answer. When they arrived at drop off location, the suspected picked up a glass bottle of water and hit the victim in the face with it. The suspect then got out of the vehicle and left the scene.
Battery

The victim entered the station to report a battery. The victim, who appeared intoxicated and slurred his words, stated that he regularly ended up making someone angry whenever he had spent some time at a bar. The victim reported that he had been drinking earlier and had an argument with the suspect, who then punched him several times before leaving the bar. The victim also left the bar and immediately reported the incident.
