Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been involved in a hit and run vehicle collision earlier in the day. When the victim attempted to exchange information with the suspect, the suspect refused and instead offered the victim money and marijuana instead. The victim refused and attempted to take a picture of the suspect which angered the suspect. The suspect then punched the victim before getting back in his vehicle and fleeing the area.
