Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Miramar Ave & Holloway Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without a license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver who informed them that he was not driving the vehicle because he was just looking for a parking spot. The driver provided a driving permit and the license plate, which had been stored inside the glove box. After further investigation, the driver was cited.
