La Playa St & Judah St
Officers responded to a report of a suspect in possession of a knife and stick. The victim reported that they were in the park when a suspect walked towards them and started stabbing a nearby tree with a large knife while threatening to do the same to the victims. Another person walked past the suspect and the suspect immediately chased after them instead. Responding officers located the suspect who stated that he had been sleeping under his blanket when an unknown person urinated on his blanket. The suspect believed that the person who urinated on his blanket was the victim’s friend. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
