Robbery

John Muir Dr & Lake Merced Blvd
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, an Uber driver, reported that he had just parked his vehicle and exited to take a break and smoke when the suspect suddenly approached him and grabbed his shoulder. The suspect immediately demanded money from the victim. The victim gave the suspect some money and the suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone before fleeing the area.

TNT officers were behind a vehicle when they observed a suspect throwing garbage directly out their vehicle’s window. The officers conducted a traffic stop and attempted to make contact with the suspect and passenger inside the vehicle. The passenger refused contact and closed the vehicle window and ignored the officers. The suspect eventually exited the vehicle but once outside the vehicle, the suspect immediately fled from the officers. The officers gave chase and successfully placed the suspect in handcuffs. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant and the suspect was arrested. The driver was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect trying to break into a house. Responding officers arrived at the location and were directed to the suspect, who was sitting on a nearby couch inside the house. The officers successfully placed the suspect in handcuffs, despite resistance from the suspect. The victim reported that the suspect, a brother, was allowed to stay over occasionally. However, the suspect had arrived earlier and was acting aggressively while demanding drugs. The victim told the suspect to leave but the suspect returned shortly after and hit the doors until it broke and he re entered the house. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
