Attempted Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery involving a knife. The victim reported that she had been using her phone to request a Uber ride when the suspect suddenly reached over her side and grabbed her wrist. The victim turned around and saw that the suspect was holding the knife. The victim immediately ran away from the suspect, who then ran into a waiting vehicle and fled the area.
