Theft – Possession of a Weapon – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a theft. The victim reported that the suspect had snatched away a cell phone that she had been holding in her hand before running into a waiting vehicle and fleeing the scene. Responding officers located the vehicle and detained the occupants. A search of the vehicle located the victim’s stolen cell phone as well as a realistic looking BB gun. The suspects were cited.
