Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that she had been using her cell phone while walking when a suspect suddenly approached her from behind. The suspect snatched the phone away from the victim, despite the victim attempting to hold on to it, and handed it to a second suspect before both suspects immediately both fled the area.

The victim entered Taraval Police station to report an attempted robbery. The victim stated that she had been holding on to her cell phone while walking when the suspect suddenly grabbed her wrist and attempted to take her phone away. The suspect also attempted to take her backpack but was unsuccessful on both attempts. The suspect then immediately fled the area.
