Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without a front license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and observed the vehicle’s passenger holding on to an open container of beer. The officers conducted a search of the vehicle and observed a second opened container of beer underneath the driver’s seat. A computer check revealed that the passenger had an arrest warrant. The driver was cited and the passenger was arrested.
