Officers responded to the gas station regarding a battery. The victim reported that he had been walking across the street when a vehicle, who was making a U-turn, honked at him. The victim responded by shouting obscenities at the driver and an argument ensued before the suspect drove away. The victim continued walking but, shortly afterwards, the victim observed that the suspect was approaching him on foot. Fearful that he was going to be attacked, the victim punched the suspect and they both wrestled on the ground before the suspect walked away.
