Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity. Responding officers arrived at the scene and located the suspect matching the description that was given in the report. The officers observed the suspect slowing down and looking directly into multiple vehicles as he walked by them. The officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had two arrest warrants out of San Mateo. The suspect was arrested.
