Possession of Heroin for Sale – Arrested

Ocean Ave & Lakewood Ave
Officers responded to a wellbeing check on a vehicle, which was stationary in a middle lane of traffic. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the subject, who was reported unconscious by the SFFD who had arrived earlier. The officers observed that the car was in netural and conducted a search. The search revealed a large amount of money, black tar herion and numerous small bags containing pills on the subject and inside the subject’s vehicle. The subject was transported to the hospital for medical attention. After the hospital discharged the subject, the subject was arrested.

An officer was on scene regarding a possible auto boost suspect and located a subject matching the description given. The subject was detained and a computer check revealed that the subject had an arrest warrant. A search of the subject also located a knife. The subject was arrested.

00 Santa Barbara
Officers responded to a report of a verbal argument between a mother and son. Responding officers made contact with the mother, who stated that her son appeared to be out of control and under the influence of drugs. A computer check on the son revealed a warrant for his arrest. The son was transported to the hospital for medical attention. After being discharged from the hospital, the son later was arrested.

Battery – Hit and Run Traffic Collision – Cited

Junipero Serra Blvd & 19th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a hit and run. The victim reported that he had pulled up behind a vehicle that was trying to back up and began honking at the suspect to notify him of his proximity and to avoid being struck by the suspect’s vehicle. This angered the suspect, who exited his car and punched the victim in his face several times. The suspect then sped off in his vehicle before hitting a tree shortly afterwards. The victim followed the suspect and called the police. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol – Suspended Driver’s License – Arrested

Capitol Ave & Montana St
Officers responded to a report of a possible hit and run. Responding officers arrived at the location and determined that there were no damages to the victim’s vehicle. However, the officers located the speeding vehicle that had caused the incident and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was observed with obvious signs of intoxication despite a baby, who as asleep in a car seat, inside the vehicle. The driver then failed a field sobriety test and after further investigation, the driver was arrested.

Reported 10:00 am / Kirkham St & 26th Ave / Vehicle vs Vehicle – hit & run
