Trespassing – Theft of a Bicycle

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported that there were some unexpected sounds from the backyard and went to investigate and observed the suspect carrying the victim’s bicycle while attempting to climb over the backyard fence. The victim confronted the suspect and unsuccessfully grabbed at his bicycle causing the suspect to immediately flee the area with the bicycle.
