Officers responded to a bar regarding a battery incident. The victim, the manager of the bar, told the officers that the suspect had followed a female customer into the bar before harassing several other females who were already in the bar. The suspect was told to leave but responded angrily and spat at the victim before exiting the bar. The officers later located the suspect and attempted to detain him but the suspect refused to comply to the orders given and also refused to provide information. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
