Battery

2500 43rd Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect, her son, had punched her in the head because he believed that she had his money. The suspect then walked out of the victim’s apartment. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.  

Trespassing – Warrant Arrest – Arrested – Cited

Officers responded to a report of trespassers in a house that was under construction. The victim reported that he had been working on the house but had not been over there for over a week and had been notified that there were possible squatters inside the house. Responding officers searched the house and detained eight people who were inside. An investigation revealed that one of the suspects had a warrant for his arrest and he was arrested. The other seven were cited.

One incident of domestic violence with a restraining order violation; the suspect was arrested.
