Stolen Recover Vehicle – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The witness reported that the suspect was observed moving two stolen mopeds, which belonged to the victim’s friend. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, who stated that someone had told him that he could take the locked mopeds. A search of the suspect’s property revealed numerous tools for cutting locks. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
