Disturbing the Peace – Cited

Officers responded to the scene regarding loud music that had been playing all day. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the victim who stated that the music had been playing continuously since at 8am that morning and that the suspect should be arrested. The officers observed that the music was loud enough to be heard distinctly from the sidewalk. The victim stated that he had confronted the suspect about the loud music but the suspect refused to turn the volume down and responded that he was at home and could play the music as loud as he wanted. The suspect also stated that nobody had complained before. After further investigation, the officers cited the suspect.

Shoplifting – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. The witness reported that the suspect had walked out of Walgreens without paying for several store merchandise. The officers located the suspect and a search revealed the stolen items. A computer check on the suspect also revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.
