Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect had entered the restaurant and began to harass the customers by trying to take away their food and personal items. The victim confronted the suspect and instructed him to leave but the suspect ignored the victim. The victim attempted to guide the suspect towards the exit by holding on to the suspect’s arm but the suspect responded by punching the victim in his face. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
