Warrant Arrest

Officers were on patrol in an area with a high rate of crime. The officers observed a vehicle which had been driving slowly before stopping inside the middle of the Zoo’s exterior parking lot. The officers conducted a computer check which revealed that the vehicle’s registration had been expired. The officers made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and a computer check revealed that the driver had an arrest warrant. A search of the vehicle revealed a catalytic converter and an electric saw in the back seat of the vehicle. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.
