Robbery with a Gun

San Jose Ave & Lakeview Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he had been texting on his cell phone with his headphone in his ears when the suspect suddenly walked up to him and pointed a gun at him. In response, the victim fearfully handed his phone to the suspect. 

Robbery of a Residence

1900 23rd Ave
Officers responded to a report of a residential robbery. The victim reported that he had been watching TV at home when he heard a suspicious noise from upstairs. The victim then observed the suspect enter his portion of the residence. The victim stated that the suspect held an ax to the victim’s neck before searching the house and stealing the victim’s property. The suspect then left without further incident.  

Traffic Violation – No License Issued – Cited

19th Ave & Junipero Serra Blvd
Officers observed a vehicle driving through a red light without stopping. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Battery
10:00 pm
1400 21st Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. Responding officers determined that two neighbors had been at odds with each other for over 18 months which then resulted in both of them attacking each other earlier in the evening. After further investigation, both parties were cited for battery.

Plymouth Ave & Broad St
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle being driven on the sidewalk for approximately 75 feet before it came to a stop. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

One incident of domestic violence; no arrests made.
