Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was stealing packages in the neighborhood. The witness reported that he had observed the suspect steal a package from a doorstep, confronted the suspect and retrieved the package. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. A computer check on the suspect revealed two arrest warrants out of San Mateo County. The suspect was arrested.
