Brandishing a Weapon

Officers responded to a report of a weapon being brandished. The victim reported that he had been driving and was involved in a road rage incident with the suspect who was driving a separate vehicle. The suspect, while driving, then pointed a gun at the victim. The victim slowed his vehicle down until he lost sight of the suspect. However, the victim was then involved in an unrelated accidentally shortly after and exited the freeway to exchange information with the other driver. During that time, the suspect located the suspect and resumed their argument. The victim instructed someone to call the police for him which caused the suspect to flee in his vehicle.
Violation of Restraining Order

Officers responded to a report of a known suspect who was violating a court order. Responding officers arrived at the location and observed the suspect holding a large tree branch, despite a current court order prohibiting the action. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
