2500 San Jose Ave
Officers responded to the report of a possible burglary incident. The witness reported that the house across the street from them was supposed to be vacant but in the past several days, a person was observed lingering in front of the house and sitting on the porch before entering the house. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the suspect, who was inside the house. The suspect stated that he had the keys to the house and was living in there. After further investigation, it was determined that the keys to the house had been stolen from a damaged lockbox.  A computer check on the suspect also revealed a warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo County.
