Officers responded to a report of a known suspect who was in violation of a court order. The victims reported that the suspect had walked up to their house while holding on to a stick, despite a current court order prohibiting the suspect from approaching them. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Trespassing – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victims reported that their house was under repair and empty but while they were boarding up the house, the suspect walked in. The victims detained the suspect until the police arrived. Responding officers attempted to identify the suspect but the suspect did not have any form of identification on him. Subsequently, the suspect could not be identified and was arrested for trespassing.
