Battery

2200 32nd Ave
Officers responded to an incident of battery. The victim stated that the suspect, his roommate, had come home and knocked on the door to get inside. The victim answered the door and questioned the suspect about the location of his keys before saying that he was going back to bed. The suspect followed the victim to his room and demanded that the victim open the room door. When the victim opened the door, the suspect pushed him and knocked him on to the ground before the suspect left the house.

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser inside a gym. The witness reported that numerous gym members had reported that an intoxicated suspect was drinking alcohol while working out at the gym and causing a disturbance. The suspect was asked to leave by the witness but the suspect refused. Responding officers arrived at the location and also requested that the suspect leave but the suspect refused again. The officers handcuffed the suspect, despite the suspect resisting. Once arrested, the suspect was transported to Taraval Station because he refused to sign the citation. Once at the station, the suspect accepted the citation and signed it. The suspect was then released.  

Battery – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was walking in the crosswalk when she passed by the suspect, who suddenly slapped her on the back of her head. A witness stated that the suspect had caused a disturbance inside a nearby store and was asked to leave. The witness followed the suspect out of the store and observed the suspect yelling at random people and slap the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Robbery of a Residence

Officers responded to a report of a home robbery. The victim reported that he had been asleep when he was awoken by a lout sound. The victim went to investigate and was confronted by two suspect, one who pointed a gun at the victim. The suspect forced the victim upstairs and ransacked several rooms before exiting the house and fleeing.  

Burglary – Arrested

The Taraval Investigation Team investigated and identified the suspect in a recent burglary incident. The suspect had also just been arrested on a separate incident and the officers added the additional charges to the suspect’s record.
