Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was getting his phone fixed at a kiosk when the suspect approached him and stated that his friend’s kids were getting out of control. An argument started between the suspect and the victim before the suspect walked towards the victim’s family. The victim attempted to stop the suspect from approaching his family and the suspect responded by pepper spraying the victim before fleeing the area.

Officers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim, a MUNI driver, stated that he was driving when he observed that the suspect, a passenger, was smoking. The victim told the suspect to leave the bus and the suspect responded by punching the victim twice before exiting the bus.
