Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity where the suspect was walking around while holding a knife and talking to himself. Responding officers located the suspect and successfully detained the suspect despite the suspect resisting being handcuffed. A computer check on the suspect revealed two warrants for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
