Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he had been outside a store, a Walgreens, when the suspect walked by and claimed that he knew the victim. When the suspect exited the store, the victim asked the suspect if he had paid for the merchandise he was holding. The suspect responded angrily and hit the victim in the chest area before walking away.

Officers responded to a report of battery. Responding officers investigated the incident and determined that both parties got into an argument after one party opened their door and striking the second party’s vehicle with it. The argument led to one party claiming that she was hit with a cell phone while the other party claiming that he was trying to film the incident when the phone was knocked out of his hands. Both parties pressed charges and both parties were cited.
