Battery

1400 32nd Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was having issues with the suspect, who was her roommate and a tenant. The victim stated that after an argument, the suspect snatched the cigarette that was in the victim’s mouth before grabbing the victim and scratching the victim on her back. The suspect then walked away from the victim.  

Traffic Violation

Great Hwy & Sloat Blvd
Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a computer check on the license plate which revealed that the plate actually belonged to another vehicle. The officers conducted a traffic stop and after further investigation, the driver was cited.  

Domestic Violence
Three incidents of domestic violence; the suspect in each incident were arrested.   
One incident of domestic violence; no arrests made.
