Vehicle Burglary – Theft from Unlocked Vehicle – Probation Violation – Arrested

Judah St & 12th Ave
Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity. Plain clothes officers responded to the location and observed the suspect breaking into two vehicles. The officers detained the suspect and discovered stolen property in the suspect’s possession. A computer check revealed that the suspect was on probation for theft. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Robbery- Arrested

700 Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, an employee, observed a suspect stealing items from the store and followed the suspect. The suspect suddenly grabbed a bottle and threatened to stab the victim with it before attempting to break the bottle and frighten off the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Driver’s License Suspended – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Great Hwy & Moraga St
Officers responded to a report of a wanted suspect from the Parole Office who was last tracked as being in the area. Responding officers located the suspect, who was in a vehicle with another person. The officers detained the vehicle and determined that the suspect did not have a valid driver’s license. A computer check on the driver also revealed a warrant for her arrest out of Santa Clara. Both the suspect and the driver were arrested.

Assault

Eucalyptus Dr & 25th Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim, a student, told the officers that he was in the playground near the parking lot when another student hit him. However, a school security officer stated that the victim had initially told him that he walked by a group of students and had said something to them. The suspects then angrily pushed the victim and one of them hit the victim on the head with a metal water bottle.  

Shooting into a Vehicle

200 Lakeshore Dr
Officers responded to a report of a shooting. San Francisco State Police located a vehicle with its windows shattered but the victim was not very cooperative during the interview and was very vague about the incident. The victim stated that he had been parked when two suspects approached him and asked if he wanted to sell them marijuana. The victim stated that he told the suspects that he didn’t and drove away. Shortly afterwards, the victim stated that he heard a gun shot and that his window had shattered. An observation of the interior of the vehicle revealed marijuana and money.   

Threats – Vandalism to MUNI – Arrested

46th Ave & Wawona St
Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The victim, a MUNI driver, stated that he had told the suspect to get off the bus because it was the last stop. The suspect responded angrily and charged at the victim. The victim locked himself inside the conductor’s cabin and the suspect started pounding on the window, which caused it to shatter. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
