The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim stated that he and his brother had just exited a store when an unknown suspect, possibly an employee for loss prevention, approached him and claimed that they had stolen an item from the store. The victim stated that the unknown suspect began pushing them before punching the victim before the victim and his brother left the area.
