Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Judah St & LA Palaya St
Officers were on patrol in the area and observed a subject, who was recognized as having an arrest warrant, walking across the street outside of the crosswalk. The officers detained the subject and a computer check confirmed the arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.

Traffic Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

19th Ave & Denslowe Dr
Officers were conducting speed enforcement when they observed a speeding vehicle. LIDAR confirmed that the vehicle was traveling at  51 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

1000 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had purchased a burger and was eating it when a group of high school students started a fight with him. The victim stated that he was punched by the suspect before the suspect fled the area.

1500 Sloat Blvd
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she was driving her vehicle when another vehicle blocked her inside a parking lot. The victim told the vehicle to move but the suspect, who was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle, suddenly threw a half filled plastic water bottle at her face. The victim stated that the bottle hit her glasses. The suspect and the vehicle then drove away.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim, who stated that he is vision impaired, had attempted to get on to a MUNI when the suspect tried to forcefully push past him. The victim told the suspect to stop pushing and the suspect angrily yelled at the victim and approached him. The victim attempted to push the suspect away but the suspect grabbed the victim’s arm and threw the victim on to the ground before fleeing.

One incident of domestic violence; the suspect was arrested.
