Officers responded to a report of an incident of road rage. The victim stated that a vehicle had pulled up next to him while he was driving and the driver of the second vehicle, the suspect, began yelling at the victim for honking at him. The victim drove away from the suspect and continued driving home. When the victim arrived home and exited his car, the suspect drove up and stopped nearby. The suspect exited his vehicle, and along with a passenger in the suspect’s vehicle, began to verbally threaten the victim’s wife before punching and kicking the victim. The suspects fled the area shortly afterwards, after realizing the neighbors were watching the incident.
Vandalism to MUNI – Probation Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an incident of vandalism. The victim, a MUNI LRV driver, reported that the suspect had entered through the LRV’s back doors and pulled the emergency lever, which caused the train to stop moving. The suspect then demanded that the victim drive the LRV despite the emergency lever being engaged and started yelling at the victim. The suspect continued to yell at the victim and attempted to follow the victim when he entered the conducting room and locked the door. The suspect then started pounding and kicking the closed door, which caused it to shatter. Responding officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that the suspect was on probation for vandalism. Further investigation, it was discovered that the suspect had damaged a fence in the area before getting on to the LRV. The suspect was arrested.
