Officers responded to a report of a ride sharing passenger who was involved in a fight. Responding officers arrived at the location and located the victim, who was bleeding while on the ground. The witness, the driver, reported that he had arrived to pick up a passenger and observed the victim and suspect speaking to each other. The suspect was about to enter the vehicle when the victim said something to the suspect and the suspect responded angrily and chased after the victim. The suspect then punched the victim on the face and slammed his head on to the ground before fleeing the area.
Driving While under the Influence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a drunk driver being detained by a citizen. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the witness who reported that he had received information that a vehicle was blocking a driveway. When he arrived at the location, the witness observed the suspect unsuccessfully attempting to start his vehicle multiple times despite the vehicle’s gear was placed in reverse. The suspect failed a field sobriety test and after further investigation, he was arrested.

The victim came to Taraval Station to report an incident of battery. The victim stated that he had a party at his house hen the suspect, a friend of a friend, grabbed him by his neck. Other guests pulled the suspect away from the victim and the suspect left the area afterwards.
