Battery – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, the property owner, stated that he was cleaning the property when the suspect, a tenant, started yelling at him before punching him on his back and chest. The suspect was cited.
Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited
Officers were conducting speed enforcement with a LIDAR when they observed a vehicle traveling at 55 mph in a 30 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.
