Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The victim reported that he had returned to his vehicle, which was parked in his driveway, and noticed that his vehicle’s window wipers had been bent out of shape. The victim reviewed his security video and observed the suspect, who had been standing at a nearby corner, vandalize his vehicle. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
