Officers, in plain clothes, were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle without a license plate back into a store’s parking spot. Two suspects then exited the vehicle and entered the store with an empty bag. Shortly afterwards, the two suspects ran out of the store with their bag filled with multiple items. The officers detained the suspects and after further investigation, it was revealed that the suspects had stolen approximately $600.00 in items from the store. The suspects were arrested.
