2100 Irving St
The victim, a delivery person, reported that he had been walking on Irving Street when he felt something hit him three times. The victim stated that someone had thrown an object at him, which he thinks was a hard boiled egg.

Driving While Under the Influence – Vehicle Violation – Arrested

Lincoln Way & 20th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle which had stopped in the middle of the street with the engine still running and a driver that had passed out. Responding officers located the vehicle and attempted to make contact with the driver by knocking on the vehicle’s window. The driver woke up but started the vehicle slowly despite the officers yelling at the driver to stop. When the driver eventually stopped the vehicle, the officers observed that he was intoxicated. After failing several tests, the driver was arrested.
