Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. The victim reported that the suspect had hit a vehicle before hitting the victim’s vehicle and then the suspect had fled the area on foot. A witness confirmed that the suspect had failed to stop at a stop sign and had collided with a vehicle which was in the intersection before hitting a parked vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect, who appeared confused and made incoherent statements while displaying symptoms of being under the influence of narcotics. A computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a fight. Responding officers located the suspect, who was very aggressive and walked away from the officers while refusing to comply to orders. The officers deployed pepper spray and the suspect responded by swinging his arms and hitting the officers. The suspect was then placed into handcuffs and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
